elevate your message

Traditional marketing tools aim to sell products and services and are often ill-equipped for cause marketing, which aims to inspire hope. My services are uniquely designed to support nonprofit organizations in raising awareness, recruiting volunteers, and cultivating relationships.

I am a resource, here to guide you through developing a marketing plan, training your outreach team, or coaching your board on how to share your message in a way that resonates.

About Rachelle

I currently serve as the Marketing Director for Georgia CASA, where I lead efforts to strengthen awareness of the CASA mission and connect communities with opportunities to support children and families. We support an affiliate network of 40+ local CASA programs. In my role at the state office, I develop and implement training sessions across the state, focused on marketing, community connections, volunteer recruitment, and outreach strategy.

My professional background includes nonprofit leadership, community development, marketing, fundraising, and storytelling. I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgia State University and a master’s degree through an academic partnership between the United States Peace Corps and Illinois State University while serving in Morocco, where she focused on youth and community development. My experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco cultivated a resourcefulness that I carry with me throughout all my work.

I am passionate about using storytelling and strategic communication to elevate voices and experiences that are too often overlooked. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful messages can build understanding, inspire action, and help organizations and communities create lasting change.
